On February 14, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation I.V. Morgulov and Special Representative of the Government of the People’s Republic of China for Korean Peninsula Affairs Liu Xiaoming had a telephone conversation.
A “reconciliation of hours” was carried out on the situation on the Korean peninsula. The parties confirmed their intention to further develop Russian-Chinese cooperation in the interests of a comprehensive political and diplomatic settlement of the problems of this subregion on the basis of existing joint initiatives.
