By order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexey V. GRUBY was appointed Consul General of the Russian Federation in Uralsk, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Grubiy A.V., born in 1974.

Higher education: graduated from MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 1998. Speaks English and Chinese. He holds the diplomatic rank of advisor of the 1st class, awarded in June 2020.

He has been in the diplomatic service since 1998. He worked in various positions in the central office of the Ministry and abroad: in 1998 – 1999 – Senior assistant at the Russian Embassy in China, in 1999 – 2003 – Senior assistant, attache of the Russian Consulate General in Shenyang, China, in 2005 – 2008 – Second Secretary of the Russian Embassy in Malaysia. In 2010 – 2016, he was the First Secretary, Adviser to the Russian Embassy in Ukraine. From 2016 to 2024 – Advisor, Senior Advisor, Chief Advisor of the Consular Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
