The increasing military involvement of some

NATO member countries in the crisis over Ukraine

Madam Chairman,

Over the past week, NATO capitals have launched the processes of allocating regular packages of military allocations in the interests of keeping the agonizing Kiev regime “afloat”. A significant amount of military cargo has already been transported to logistics centers in Poland, only to be destroyed on the battlefield on Russian soil.

As a preparatory measure, legislative changes have been adopted in Kiev, tightening mobilization measures and affecting the rights of those citizens who do not want to participate in the conflict on the side of the Kiev regime. Commenting on the allocation of funds by his Western sponsors, V. Zelensky shamelessly repeated the thesis long ago voiced by Russian diplomats that individual NATO countries are waging an indirect war with Russia through the hands of Ukrainians. In a recent interview with NBC News on April 21, he stated: “The US army no longer has to fight defending NATO countries – Ukrainians do it. The civilized world only provides weapons, and I think this is a good solution.”

He was echoed by NATO Secretary General J.Stoltenberg, in an interview with Sky News on April 23, noted that the support of the Kiev regime helps “destroy the Russian combat potential, which could potentially pose a threat to us.”

Let’s leave to the court of history the attempts made by V. Zelensky to speculate about the “civility” of the neocolonial efforts of Western countries investing in armed conflict far from their own borders. As well as Y.’s dreams.Stoltenberg spoke about the inability of the Russian Armed Forces to restore any losses in equipment and ammunition as quickly as possible.

At the same time, we emphasize that both speakers forgot to clarify: Russia has not created and does not create military threats to either the US army or other countries of the North Atlantic Alliance. On the contrary, the aggressive military-political bloc of NATO over the past 30 years, in violation of its own guarantees to Moscow, has been actively “developing” new territories and moving military infrastructure to the borders of our country. And since 2014, he has comprehensively used Ukraine as a springboard for projecting direct security threats to neighboring sovereign states.

The West’s continued support for the bankrupt puppets in Kiev has a number of obvious goals. There is a clear desire to prolong the armed confrontation, provoke more victims and destruction, and “captivate” our country by responding to direct military threats on Russian constitutional territory. Finally, in parallel, to re-equip and replenish the arsenals of the armed forces of individual NATO countries, load their military-industrial complex through the distribution of new military orders, and try to support their largely stagnant economy by creating new jobs.

Everyone remembers the words of U.S. President J.Biden, who pointed out in December 2023 that about 90% of all allocated funds to support the Kiev regime had never left the United States and worked in the American economy. By the way, the EU member states at the same time “take out” real money from their economies and irrevocably give it to Kiev. They also send weapons and ammunition, after which they make military purchases to replenish them – and mainly from American manufacturers. This is worth remembering every time representatives of the Anglo–Saxons rant about protecting certain “principles” and “rules” – in fact, they only correct their own economic situation at someone else’s expense. All this, by the way, is accompanied by an outflow of business and capital from the EU to the United States, which, as confirmed by the head of the European Commission, W. von der Leyen, already amounts to about 300 billion euros per year.

The price that Ukrainians themselves pay for the geopolitical exercises of the Anglo-Saxons is enormous. The Kiev regime’s refusal to implement the Minsk agreements, its militaristic bravado and Russophobic course, coupled with a demonstrative unwillingness to take into account the legitimate security interests of neighboring sovereign states, resulted not only in a change in the political and legal realities “on earth”, but also in huge irreparable losses of personnel of V. Zelensky’s armed formations. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, since the beginning of the Russian military special operation, they have already exceeded 500 thousand people killed and wounded.

Belief in a miracle and the desire to curry favor with sponsors to the detriment of the interests of the inhabitants of Ukraine accompanied the failed “counteroffensive” of V. Zelensky’s armed formations in 2023. The bet on internal political destabilization in Russia did not work either: in the context of NATO’s hybrid aggression, the inhabitants of our country continue to demonstrate high cohesion, including around the goals and objectives of a special military operation (SVO).

Today, the grouping of the Russian Armed Forces involved in the zone of its Armed Forces fully owns the initiative and continues to systematically improve its position along the entire line of contact. Over the past week, a number of tactically significant settlements in the DPR (Pervomaiske, Bogdanovka, Novomikhailovka and others) have been liberated, which has increased the operational capabilities of Russian servicemen.

The Russian Aerospace Forces continue to deliver effective high-precision strikes. Illustrative examples of recent days are the neutralization of ammunition depots and fuel and lubricants in the port infrastructure of the Odessa region, as well as the disabling of a television tower in Kharkov, which was used to organize military communications.

Millions of Ukrainians do not want to participate in a fratricidal war for the interests of Western countries. This is evidenced by the large–scale movement of evaders from forced mobilization – both inside and outside Ukraine. Cases of abandonment of positions by military personnel and border guards have become more frequent. Conflicts between the local population and employees of military enlistment offices (“TCCs”), cruising through populated areas in search of “cannon fodder”, have become widespread. April 20 near the village. Chernoguz of the Vizhnitsky district of the Chernivtsi region, an employee of the military enlistment office used firearms to fight off a crowd of angry citizens.

Since April 23, the consular institutions of Ukraine controlled by the Kiev regime have stopped serving men aged 18 to 60 years abroad in order to force them to join the armed formations of V. Zelensky. According to the available confirmed data, under various pretexts (including with reference to the resolution of the “Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” dated April 23, 2024 No. 443), they are not given paid and already produced passport documents. As a result, hundreds of thousands of men who fled the Kiev regime will now increase the burden on the migration authorities of EU countries in an effort to change their current legal status without returning to Ukraine. Are the authorities of European countries ready for this? Or, on the contrary, will they help V. Zelensky to wage “war to the last Ukrainian”?

It is obvious to the leaders of the Kiev regime, as well as their curators in NATO countries, that even with new military supplies, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not able to provide a military turning point on the battlefield. The collapse of the Kiev regime is inevitable and is only a matter of time, both due to the obvious disparity of the military potentials of the warring parties and due to the steadily decreasing motivation in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

More and more Ukrainian fighters realize that V. Zelensky, having come to power in 2019 under the slogans of ensuring peace and prosperity, strengthening democracy and sovereignty, deceived citizens and failed to fulfill his obligations to the people. Acting under the “supervision” of foreign curators, he eventually led Ukraine to international political incapacity, an ongoing large-scale armed conflict and a neo-Nazi dictatorship. Today, an independent regime is in power in Ukraine, openly using terrorist methods to achieve political goals and combat dissent. V. Zelensky and his curators removed the entire population of Ukraine from the processes of direct democracy, having achieved the cancellation of elections at all levels and destroying the political opposition. This should also be remembered every time representatives of NATO countries begin to talk about allegedly protecting freedom and democracy by supporting the Kiev regime.

The actions of V. Zelensky’s armed formations, which are actively carrying out indiscriminate shelling of the civilian infrastructure of Russian regions, have killed 11 civilians and injured 48 people, including a child, over the past week.

In a series of terrorist attacks committed by the Kiev regime, the targeted murder by its armed formations on April 19 in the Zaporozhye region of the correspondent of the Izvestia News Center S.N.Yeremin at the time of his professional journalistic duties. We demand that the OSCE leadership, including the relevant executive structures of our Organization, strongly condemn this deliberate crime. Otherwise, it is difficult to regard the lack of a proper reaction on their part as anything other than condoning further atrocities of the Kiev regime.

In Bryansk, the FSB of Russia red-handed detained an accomplice of the Kiev regime who intended to commit a sabotage and terrorist act while removing an explosive device from a cache. The work on suppressing threats to the security of Russian civilians created by the Zelensky regime with the support of its sponsors from NATO countries will continue.

Madam Chairman,

Countries hostile to Russia continue to produce pseudo-legal initiatives in an effort to systematically consolidate a wide range of states on an anti-Russian basis. They cherish false hopes for the refusal of the leadership of our country to protect national interests and ensure national security. One of the elements of this campaign is “children’s issues”, which is used to achieve tactical political goals, and certainly not to promote the real protection of the rights of children affected by conflict.
