In Bishkek, deputies of the State Duma and the Jogorku Kenesh discussed the development of cooperation

The parliamentarians discussed preparations for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, cooperation within the framework of integration unions.

A meeting of the Russian-Kyrgyz Interparliamentary Commission on cooperation was held in Bishkek, the Russian Embassy reported.
The meeting was chaired by Dmitry Kobylkin, head of the State Duma Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, and Gulya Kozhokulova, deputy of the Housing Complex.
The deputies discussed the development of cooperation in culture, education, energy, agriculture, environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, as well as work within the framework of integration unions and in the field of migration laws.
Special attention was paid to preparations for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The participation of the Kyrgyz delegation in the cultural and educational project for schoolchildren “Memory Train” and the sports movement of the first summer World Friendship Games were discussed.
