The Armenian Prime Minister noted that the multifaceted cooperation between the governments of Armenia and Russia on both bilateral and multilateral tracks will continue.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on the occasion of Russia Day.

“Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the state holiday of the Russian Federation – Russia Day! This important day in the modern history of Russia symbolizes the desire of Russians to open a new political milestone in the history of a country with a rich history, culture and traditions,” the message to Putin says.

Pashinyan is convinced that the centuries-old relations between Armenia and Russia, based on the unshakable principles of equality and consideration of the interests of the peoples of the two countries, will continue to develop in a constructive manner.
He believes that this will contribute to strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
“Taking this opportunity, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, I wish you health, well-being and all the best, and the people of Russia good and prosperity,” he said.
The congratulatory message to Mishustin says that mutually beneficial, multifaceted cooperation between the governments of Armenia and Russia both on bilateral and multilateral tracks, based on long-standing traditions of mutual respect, will continue to develop in trade, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian and other areas for the benefit of the peoples of Armenia and Russia.
Pashinyan wished Mishustin health, well-being and further success.
Russia Day is a public holiday that has been celebrated for more than 30 years on June 12. It was on this day in 1990 that the People’s Deputies of the RSFSR at one of their congresses adopted the Declaration on the State Sovereignty of Russia, which provided the basis for constitutional reform and became the starting point for it. This is a non-working day in Russia.
