Dmitry Kobitsky, Chief Secretary of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, and Dilshod Rakhmon, Rector of Kulyab State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki, signed an agreement on cooperation between the organizations, which provides for various forms of interaction in the scientific and educational spheres.
Dmitry Kobitsky expressed hope for interesting and productive cooperation between the organizations, praising the work of Kulyab University on education and enlightenment of young people. In turn, Dilshod Rakhmon noted that the university has potential in the field of law, culture, eastern studies and generally the expert assistance from teachers of the university in the legislative work carried out by IPA CIS.
