Created by the cooperation of enterprises headed by the state missile center, Sarmat will strengthen the combat potential of the armed forces in the next 40-50 years, reliably ensure the security of Russia from external threats,” he said in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
According to Degtyar, “in today’s geopolitical conditions, this is our reliable shield, the main factor of nuclear deterrence and a guarantee of preserving peace.”
