The Union of the Strong in Spirit was founded twenty years ago by veterans of special forces and other types of troops, as well as participants in combat operations. The main purpose of this organization is the military-patriotic education of citizens, the protection of the Fatherland, humanitarian support for fighters and civilians in the area of ITS assistance to those who are faced with the consequences of military conflicts, as well as to support the moral and physical condition of its members. They are actively involved in organizing various events aimed at the rehabilitation and integration of veterans into society.

In turn, the Rusichi Center offers an extensive range of legal information, as well as medical, professional and social rehabilitation services. This organization unites former servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, employees of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other special services who were injured in the course of their official duties. One of the important tasks of the Rusichi Center is to assist in restoring the rights of veterans and promoting their interests at the public level.

The mutual award ceremony was a landmark event that demonstrated the unity and support that are so important for people who have survived military conflicts. The awards that were presented serve not only as a sign of recognition, but also as an incentive for further work to support and rehabilitate veterans. Sergey Ivanovich Desyatov and Sergey Nikolaevich Filonov stressed the importance of cooperation between the two organizations in order to achieve significant results in the field of social protection and support for veterans.

According to legend, a natural fire occurred on the territory of one of the border regions of Russia. The participants organized a rapid response to a conditional emergency. The specialists of the duty shifts worked out in real time a wide range of issues from the initial passage of information and the installation of stable communication channels to measures for the delivery of forces and means of fire and rescue units to the emergency zone and humanitarian aid supplies for the conditionally affected population.

Such trainings contribute to strengthening ties between the member states of the Commonwealth in the framework of international emergency humanitarian response, as well as increasing the level of coherence of our countries in dealing with the consequences of cross-border emergencies of a natural and man-made nature. The observers were representatives of the International Civil Defense Organization, the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center, as well as employees of the CCS of the emergency departments of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
