По словам Ешенкулова, активно ведется работа по открытию в Омске филиала Казахского национального университета имени Аль-Фараби. В то же время в Казахстане успешно работают филиалы МГУ, МИФИ, РГУ нефти и газа имени Губкина и другие филиалы российских вузов.

«Будущий межуниверситетский кампус в Тюмени имеет высокие шансы стать еще одной площадкой для развития сотрудничества России и Казахстана в сфере науки и технологий», — сказал вице-министр.

В свою очередь Есенгелий Ибраев заявил, что делегация из Казахстана планирует принять участие в промышленно-энергетическом форуме TNF-2024, который пройдет в Тюмени с 16 по 19 сентября. По его словам, ключевыми темами форума станут технологическая устойчивость и стратегии развития.

Итоги работы экспертного сообщества форума будут собраны в аналитический документ с перечнем инициатив и вызовов и направлены в федеральные органы власти в качестве рекомендаций для расширения программ поддержки нефтегазовой отрасли.

Кроме того, Ибраев сообщил, что передал министру науки и высшего образования Казахстана Саясату Нурбеку приглашение губернатора Тюменской области Александра Моора посетить с рабочим визитом Тюменскую область. Площадкой для рабочей встречи, по его словам, может стать промышленно-энергетический форум TNF.

The business program of the forum is divided into five thematic blocks and includes 27 sessions.
Sessions of the track “Partnership of business and education. The answer to the challenges of the labor market” is devoted to the ongoing evolution in the labor market, as a result of which the requirements for personnel and, accordingly, for the SPO system are changing.

Within the framework of the block “College of the Future begins today”, participants will discuss the competencies necessary for modern college leaders, as well as the formats of training and retraining of personnel.
The track “Teacher and Mentor” will be dedicated to the role of the teacher’s personality in the student’s history. Mentors who are able to significantly improve the quality of education in colleges should also take a special place in the education of new personnel.

The track “Self-determination” will be dedicated to methods that help identify the talents of a future specialist. The championship movement on professional skills, as well as tools and practices of professional self-determination will be presented.
Within the framework of the track “Modern Learning Technologies”, issues of new educational technologies will be discussed. Modern learning formats, such as augmented/virtual reality, artificial intelligence, etc., increase interest in learning and accelerate the development of skills. The introduction of new technologies is one of the main tasks of the development of the PDF system.

The youth track “Ambassadors of Professionalism” is also included in the program of the All-Russian Forum of Secondary Vocational Education. It is aimed at developing the concept of a mentoring system in the project and further transfer of experience to new participants in the regions.

The event will be held within the framework of the Moscow Urban Forum. The start of registration will be announced later.
Among the main objectives of the SPO forum is to determine the role of the secondary vocational education system in ensuring technological and financial sovereignty, as well as the exchange of experience and acquaintance with the best practices in the field of education.
