When visiting precinct election commissions, the Mission members got acquainted with their technical and methodological support, work with voter lists. The observers noted the good equipment of the sites, the high level of training of the members of the commissions at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>During the monitoring process, the observers attended trainings in Nakhichevan city and Ordubad-Julfa districts, within the framework of which members of precinct election commissions were instructed and trained on organizational issues of the elections.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention was paid to the ongoing election campaign. The heads of the district election commissions informed the observers that candidates and their proxies were provided with all the opportunities provided by law for campaigning.<\/p>\n<p>The formation of the CIS Observer Mission has been completed. Documents for the accreditation of 169 observers have been sent to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
