The upper chamber consists of five chairmen of local councils of deputies and executive authorities, six heads of healthcare organizations, and five heads of educational institutions.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition to representatives of these spheres, 12 heads of organizations in the field of industry and transport, two representatives of culture, banking, media, and four representatives of the agro-industrial complex were elected to the Council of the Republic.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">17 people have a party affiliation, they represent two parties &#8211; 16 from Belaya Rus) and one from the CPB.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">On the basis of Article 107 of the Electoral Code, the CEC determines the election results.
