She graduated from the Belarusian Commercial University of Management with a degree in finance and credit. She started her career as a tax inspector.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From 2006 to 2017, she worked in the Minsk Regional Executive Committee in various positions: leading economist, chief economist, head of the Budget Planning Department of the Main Financial Department.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Then, until 2021, she held the post of managing the Federal Health Insurance Fund, after which she was appointed First Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection.
