Among the oldest teaching families in the region are the Goncharovs – Lileyevs – Vagaytsevs, whose total teaching experience is more than 230 years.

The family business was started by Zinaida Leonidovna Goncharova, who was the director of the Suzem secondary school in the Bryansk region, then led the Kholmech seven-year school and was a teacher of Russian language, literature and history.

Her daughter, Antonina Vasilyevna Goncharova, followed her mother’s example and worked in primary school in the village of Kholmechi. Sister Olga Vasilyevna Lileeva was also a primary school teacher.

The next generations of the dynasty continued their teaching activities in Kuzbass.

The granddaughter of the founder of the dynasty, Nina Petrovna Goncharova, worked in the house of children’s creativity in the city of Salair. Zinaida Leonidovna’s great-granddaughter, Larisa Alexandrovna Vagaytseva, was educated as a teacher of Russian language and literature, currently she heads secondary school No. 25 in Salair.
