Министр ЕЭК подчеркнул значимость выстраивания устойчивых логистических цепочек и ускоренного развития международных транспортных маршрутов с учетом повестки евразийских транспортных коридоров, на долю которых приходится около 70% объема транзитных перевозок ЕАЭС. Их использование более, чем в два раза сокращает расстояние перевозок и снижает логистические издержки,  что положительно влияет на отрасль.

«Наращивание и «раскатка» транспортной инфраструктуры на территориях государств Союза в направлениях «Восток–Запад» и «Север–Юг», включая сопряжение с китайской инициативой «Один пояс – один путь», создают синергетические эффекты для роста конкурентоспособности транспортных коридоров ЕАЭС», – отметил Арзыбек Кожошев.

Министр также сообщил, что одним из инструментов повышения транспортной эффективности является внедрение цифровых решений, ускоряющих ряд процессов на транспорте.

«Комиссия проводит работу по внедрению электронных транспортных накладных для перехода на безбумажные носители. Также дан старт пилотному проекту по применению международных электронных транспортных накладных, при использовании которых потребуется не более минуты против 20-ти с лишним при работе с бумажной документацией. Эти новации сегодня крайне актуальны», – отметил министр.

Принимаемые странами ЕАЭС меры по итогам прошлого года продемонстрировали положительную динамику на транспорте.

The conference was organized by the Department of Civil Law of the Belarusian State University together with the Belarusian State University, Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky and the charitable foundation for the Support of family and children’s rights “Caring Hearts”.
