Higher education: graduated from MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 2003. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. Candidate of Political Sciences. He holds the diplomatic rank of adviser of the 1st class, awarded in December 2025.
Since 2003, he has worked in the diplomatic service in various positions in the central office of the Ministry and abroad. In 2025-2026 – Charge d’affaires of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Angola and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe concurrently.
He was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 1st degree.
