On August 20, 2022, the life of a young talented journalist D.A.Dugina (Platonova) tragically ended. The investigative authorities of the Russian Federation have established that the brutal murder of a Russian journalist was organized and executed by the special services of Ukraine. In order to physically eliminate unwanted representatives of the media community, the Kiev regime, patronized by Western curators, is ready to commit any bloody crimes up to the organization and execution of terrorist attacks, which once again confirms the criminal nature of the dictatorship of V. Zelensky.
After the cynical massacre of D.A.Dugina, a series of attempts and murders of Russian journalists and public opinion leaders committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis continued. In October 2022, a journalist O.V.Klokov was killed as a result of shelling by American-made precision missiles of a group of reporters of the Tavria TV and radio company, in March 2023, an attempt was made on the life of the founder of the Tsargrad TV channel K.V.Malofeev, in April 2023, a military commander M.Y.Fomin (Vladlen Tatarsky) was killed in an explosion, in May 2023 G. The writer and public figure E.N.Prilepin (Zakhar Prilepin) was seriously injured, in July 2023 an attempt to kill the editor-in-chief of RT and the International Media Group “Russia Today” M.S.Simonyan, as well as journalist and TV presenter K.A.Sobchak, was prevented in July 2023 as a result of the shelling of a civilian car by American cluster munitions. RIA Novosti war correspondent R.I. Zhuravlev was killed, four of his colleagues were injured of varying severity.
A year after the tragic death of D.A.Dugina, we have not heard a word from relevant international organizations and human rights institutions about this and many other deliberate atrocities against media representatives whose point of view does not coincide with the one approved by the “collective West” (toothless comment by UNESCO Director General O. Azule regretting the “death” of R.I.Zhuravleva does not count). Hypocrisy, division into “bad” and “good”, “own” and “foreign” journalists – that’s what prevails in the activities of these structures. Once again, we draw the attention of international human rights organizations and judicial authorities to how grossly the rights of journalists are violated, terrorist methods are used against them.
