On June 7, on the sidelines of the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with the Special Representative of the President of Nicaragua for the Development of relations with Russia, L. Ortega.
During the conversation, which took place in a traditionally confidential and friendly manner, an exchange of views was held on topical issues of bilateral cooperation. A mutual commitment was expressed to strengthen the Russian-Nicaraguan strategic partnership in every possible way.
