Sometimes in a hurry or from the euphoria of the approaching vacation, we forget about it, we hope for a computer. It is better to call and make sure the hotel employee that the number is assigned to your last name. The site can give out a huge number of free places, but in fact they will not be, this probability is high, especially during the tourist season.
• Try to look for accommodation where booking without a card is possible and free cancellation is available.
Thus, in case of unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to find a new home without additional financial losses. You will not have to wait up to two months for a refund from the bank. Besides, it’s always better to see the place first and then pay for it.

There was a great option for accommodation in the apartment. I like everything: the payment is acceptable, the repair is “not grandma’s”. You contact the owner, but he starts offering another, supposedly also his apartment. Request a link to an ad with this property, read the reviews if there are any. Also check through the Pictures service whether photos of the apartment are published anywhere else. Suddenly, it’s a completely different city and you are being deceived. Pay attention to the communication with the owners, ask him the stupidest questions and look at the reaction. It is best to talk to him by phone or video call.
Such simple but necessary rules minimize the risks of being homeless during the holidays. Try to look for a nest through your acquaintances, friends, colleagues.
