Belarusian components will be counted as Russian in the point localization programs. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov during a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with the heads of manufacturing enterprises.
“It will be fair. Sergey Alexandrovich just doesn’t know the last decision yet, it’s already been done,” Manturov said, commenting on the proposal of the general director of the Kirov Plant, Sergei Serebryakov.
“We see that Belarusian enterprises in terms of recognition of technological operations – they are comparable to Chinese ones [in terms of a point localization system]. It seems to me that we need to pay attention to this,” Serebryakov said during the meeting.
