The demonstration part of the special exercises with rescue units allocated to the formations of the special forces of the Collective Rapid Reaction Forces of the CSTO “Skala-2023” took place on September 5 in the Minsk region.
Representatives of the CIS Executive Committee headed by Leonid Anfimov, First Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth, monitored the exercise as observers.
Within the framework of the exercises, the skills of joint response to radiation accidents, emergency rescue operations in destroyed buildings and structures were practiced.
