During the talks with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, it is planned to discuss key issues of further development of Russian-Kazakh relations of strategic partnership and alliance, prospects for cooperation within the framework of integration associations in the Eurasian space, as well as topical regional and international problems.
VLadimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will take part in the plenary session of the XIX Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, which will be held in the city of Kostanay, via videoconference.
Following the visit, a number of important joint documents are expected to be signed. The presidents will also make statements to the media.
