The cadets will have 9 days of an educational intensive in 4 main areas – project development, work with the management team and transfer of experience of applied tools for the development of the region, the study of the cultural code and elements of military-patriotic work.
The cadets will visit important objects of the region with working meetings – Ulan-Ude Aircraft Factory, Ivolginsky Datsan, the Old Believers villages of Targrabatai and Desyatnikovo, the center for creative Industries Heb Hub, the Baikal Harbor SEZ.
The topic of self-defense and patriotic work in the region will be revealed during a visit to the Warrior training center. Current regional practices will be presented by Ilya Mikhalev, a graduate of the I stream of the program, adviser to the Head of the Republic. He heads the regional branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation. On-site cadets will take a short course of tactical medicine and fire training.
The module program was prepared with the personal assistance of A.S. Tsydenov, the Head of the Republic of Buryatia, and is primarily aimed at substantive immersion in the region and building a close connection between the work of cadets and the management team.
Alexey Tsydenov, as the mentor of the program, will hold a personal session with the cadets – this is a unique format of open dialogue within the framework of the Program to transfer his own management tools and experience. Such a “suitcase of management tools” of both mentors and cadets is formed within the framework of the personal development block of the Program on special methods of work of the Skolkovo school.
Project work will also continue on the margins of the module. With the participation of the head of the region and experts, a project session will be held to discuss the progress of the development of a project on the introduction of new tools for implementing social policy in relation to vulnerable segments of the population (on the example of orphans). Recall that this topic was introduced into the program at the suggestion of the Republic of Buryatia.
The cadets will prepare for the final defense of projects with the federal mentors of the program – Deputy Ministers of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and the head of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic.
«Региональный модуль помимо работы непосредственно на местах уникален тем, что позволяет выстроить открытый диалог с будущими работодателями о возможностях долгосрочной карьеры на госслужбе и институтах развития в республике» отмечает руководитель программы «Муравьев-Амурский 2030» Юлия Руденко.
The management training program “Muravyov-Amursky – 2030” is being implemented by the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia jointly with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV). Annual training is free for graduates of the program, subject to employment in the civil service in the Far Eastern Federal District for a period of at least two years.
