On behalf of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Ural Federal District, the assistant of the Plenipotentiary Envoy Evgeny Gurari addressed the participants of the championship with a welcoming speech
He noted that industrial enterprises of the regions of the Ural Federal District today perform very large-scale tasks, ensuring the fulfillment of the state’s order for special products and increasing domestic demand. The success of solving these tasks directly depends on the availability of qualified specialists at enterprises.
“Here, at the championship site, new production standards are being developed, interesting technological and organizational solutions are being found. All this together is aimed at increasing the efficiency of production processes, reducing costs, finding additional reserves,” Gurari said.
Evgeny Gurari stressed that the Plenipotentiary Vladimir Yakushev personally conducts work on solving personnel issues of strategically important enterprises of the Ural Federal District. Work is being organized on more effective interaction of enterprises with institutions of secondary vocational and higher education.
More than 1000 people from 11 countries take part in the championship. As well as representatives of large companies, including Rosatom, EVRAZ Holding, Roscosmos, Pipe Metallurgical Company, Ural Civil Aviation Plant, Rosseti.
