Scientists of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan have enormous potential and grandiose prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation. This was stated to the Kabar Agency correspondent on the field of the international scientific seminar “Actual philosophical problems of modern synergetics” by the scientific adviser of the International Research Center of Imam Al-Bukhari under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Bakhtier Turaev.

In his opinion, synergetics is a general philosophical methodology for all branches of science.

“The modern world, in all its manifestations, is becoming more complex. The objects of study of synergetics are complex systems. One of the most important tasks of synergetics is to find simple solutions in complex systems, and to find complexities in simple phenomena,” he said.

Turaev believes that peace, orderliness, especially in social systems, is gradually being destroyed, chaotically disordered subsystems emerge, which can slow down the development of society. Under these conditions, reference points are changing, ideals are being devalued, boundaries between good and evil, valuable and invaluable, between morality and immorality are being erased.

The Uzbek scientist notes that in recent years, Uzbekistan has seen an increased interest in research in the direction of synergetics. Dozens of monographs on synergetics have been prepared. The authors of these books are known for their original research in the intellectual space of the whole Central Asia.

Speaking about Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation in science, the professor noted that science knows no borders. “After gaining independence, to this day we maintain close contact with Kyrgyz scientists. For example, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kytaybek Uturov is my student. I was a scientific adviser for his doctoral dissertation on the topic: “Problems of the ordered state of matter (philosophical and methodological analysis)”. It was in 2002,” the Uzbek scientist recalls.

Turaev emphasizes the mutual connection between Kyrgyz and Uzbek scientists in training scientific personnel. For example, he acted as an official opponent at the defense of Kuluipa Aliyeva’s doctoral dissertation “Philosophical and Synergetic Study of Complexity Problems in Modern Scientific Cognition,” which took place in Tashkent in 2006. In turn, she opposed his student Ochilov Jamshid’s dissertation “Synergetic analysis of the process of development of global technogenic civilization” in 2018.

“Our Kyrgyz colleagues are great experts in the field of synergetics. The speeches of Kyrgyz scientists at last year’s international conference “XXI century: Renaissance expected in philosophy and physics”, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kytaybek Uturov on the synergetic essence of orderliness of existence and invited scientist of the German University in Leipzig, Doctor of Philosophy Talantbek Ryspaev on synergetic phenomena in cosmology were a great success and aroused special interest among the participants,” the Uzbek professor emphasized.

In conclusion, B.Turaev emphasized that a new Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are being built now, Kyrgyz and Uzbek peoples are on the threshold of the third revival. “In this context, the scientists of synergetics of the two fraternal nations are jointly developing a new methodology, on the basis of which it is possible to order the disordered, correct the faulty, stop evil, create conditions for the development of good for the benefit of humanity,” the Uzbek scientist emphasized.
