In the Saratov region, out of 111 state social support measures, 37 affect the interests of families, including those with many children.
“It is very important that families receive services in a convenient format with the provision of a minimum package of documents and an application. Therefore, in the Year of the Family, we pay special attention to the digitalization of family support measures, gradually converting them into electronic form. This instruction was given by Governor Roman Viktorovich Busargin. Statistics show that receiving support measures through public Services is in demand among Saratov families,” commented Denis Davydov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the region.
In the first quarter of 2024, more than 20 thousand people used the services in electronic form. Among the most popular measures are the conclusion of a social contract, payments to large families of monthly compensation for utility bills, an additional one–time allowance at the birth of a child, and school uniforms.
“Work in this direction will continue. It is planned to make 95 out of 111 public services provided by the Ministry available for electronic registration by the end of the year,” Denis Davydov noted.
