The regional stage of the All-Russian Family of the Year competition has ended in the Novgorod Region. Traditionally, the competition is held in five categories: “Golden Family”, “Rural family”, “Young family”, “Large family” and “Family – keeper of traditions”.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Novgorod region, 22 applications were received for the competition in the Year of the Family. Eight families decided to participate in the nomination “Large family”. Six applications were submitted in the nomination “Rural family”, four in the nomination “Family – keeper of tradition”, the competition commission considered three applications in the nomination “Young Family” and only one “Golden Family” entered the regional stage of the competition.
The organizing committee of the regional stage of the competition reviewed all the participants’ presentations received and identified the best families who will represent the region at the federal level.
Spouses Peter and Antonina Chudilov from the city of Pestovo have been married for 45 years, they have raised three children. The spouses participate in the competition in the nomination “Golden Family”. The couple was awarded a regional award – the medal “For love and loyalty”. Antonina Ivanovna is an honorary worker of General Education of the Russian Federation. She is a poet, the author of two collections of poetry and a multiple winner of poetry and literary competitions, including international ones. In addition, Antonina Chudilova is engaged in swimming and shooting with an air rifle. Her husband Peter is a loyal colleague and ideological inspirer.
The husband’s large family has always been a role model for the Chudilov spouses in arranging a family. His parents raised and raised seven children. According to Antonina Ivanovna and Peter Petrovich, “a good family is a lot of work, love, respect and community of interests.”
The Kondratiev family from the Demyansk municipal district won the nomination “Rural Family”. Nikita and Anna Kondratiev are the parents of eight children. They have four sons and four daughters growing up.
Nikita Kondratiev is the head of a peasant farm, engaged in animal husbandry and crop production. In addition, he conducts active social activities at the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the village of Demyansk. On social media, he talks about life in a modern village, popularizes the countryside. Mother Anna is the regent at the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in the village of Demyansk. He is engaged in folklore, folk costume, and the organization of folk festivals at Sunday school. Helps her husband in farming, production and sale of agricultural products. Participates in her husband’s Internet projects. He is an active volunteer in collecting and sending aid to fighters in the area of his own.
The children study at the branch of the Lavrovsky Secondary School in the village of Votolino. They show academic success, attend the Demyansk School of Art. Son George is a student of the art department, Prokhor, Elena, Mikhail, Ulyana, Ignatiy is a student of the music department. The younger ones, Stepha and Anna, go to kindergarten. The older boys, along with the pope, are the altars of the temple, the girls sing in the choir.
In 2021, the family had a disaster – the house burned down. Thanks to the help and support of caring people, it was possible to practically rebuild the house. The development of the farm was severely slowed down by the fire, but the work continues: they bought trailed and mounted agricultural machinery, increased the number of livestock. Today, the Kondratiev household has three cows and a bull, four calves, piglets, 20 sheep, chickens and geese.
The Bazarov – Avetisyan family dynasty will represent the Novgorod region in the nomination “Family – keeper of traditions”.
Anatoly Grigoryevich and Lyudmila Mikhailovna Bazarov have been married for 47 years. The history of this friendly road-building dynasty begins with Anna Nikolaevna Tyunicheva’s grandmother, who worked as a bitumen maker at an asphalt plant in Podberezye and Mikhail Fyodorovich Tyunichev’s grandfather, who devoted his whole life to working on the Oktyabrskaya Railway as a mechanic. Then Lyudmila Mikhailovna came to this industry as a laboratory assistant. She worked for many years as a laboratory assistant at an asphalt concrete plant, and Anatoly Grigoryevich as a machine operator on an excavator. By the way, the head of the family is an honored excavator operator of the Northwestern District with more than 40 years of experience.
The parents’ business was continued by the couple’s only daughter Julia. Today she is the head of the production laboratory of GOKU Novgorodavtodor. Her husband Nikolay Avetisyan has been working in the road industry of the Novgorod region for more than 20 years. Having a specialized education in the specialty “Construction of highways and airfields”, Nikolay Avetisyan is responsible for the quality of repair of urban and regional roads.
Anatoly Grigoryevich and Lyudmila Mikhailovna have three granddaughters. One of them, Anna, also joined the road construction business and covers work in the industry in the media, choosing the profession of a public relations specialist. Now the youngest child in the family, Nicole, is talking about the continuation of the dynasty. She is only seven years old, but already now she is sure that she wants to work in the laboratory as a grandmother. Another granddaughter, Anastasia, as part of the national team, represents the Novgorod region at Russian and international competitions in sports acrobatics.
In the nomination “Large family”, the winners of the regional stage of the competition were the Bespalov family from the Khvoyninsky municipal district. Elizaveta and Anton Bespalov have seven children. They are a sporty and creative family that actively participates in various events, in addition, they conduct volunteer activities. Now the head of the family is in the zone of a special military operation. Mom Lisa manages not only to raise children, but also to collect help for her fighters. In addition, she is engaged in landscaping the courtyard of her apartment building.
The couple has six daughters and a young son. The girls are engaged in dancing, athletics, skiing, but most importantly, all five schoolgirls are excellent students. The youngest children Arina and Igor are still preschoolers, but their parents are sure that they, like their older sisters, will also study well and develop comprehensively.
Sergey and Valeria Petrushin, together with their daughters Evgenia and Alexandra, will represent the region in the Young Family nomination at the All-Russian competition. The couple has been married for six years.
Sergey Petrushin is a teacher. According to the federal program “Zemsky Uchitel”, he moved to the Novgorod region with his family from the Krasnodar Territory. Now he is a computer science teacher, teaches “Robotics” and directs the association Memory Watch “Post No. 1” at the school of the village of Batetsky. In 2022, Sergey won the municipal competition of professional skills and became the “Teacher of the Year”. Valeria Petrushina works as a kindergarten teacher and runs a local club for young families. Valeria also manages to engage in volunteer activities.
Four-year-old Zhenya is learning to play the piano. Little Sasha loves to sing, she is only two years old. There are many traditions in a young family. Dad is very sensitive to patriotic education in the family and conveyed this respect to the memory of the feat of our veterans to both girls. In their free time, the family likes to travel and engage in creativity, Petrushins find time to participate in various professional and family competitions.
