In the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, all conditions are being created in our country for the upbringing of a literate and educated young generation making a worthy contribution to the achievements of modern science. The formation of professionally competent youth with higher education and a broad outlook for the sake of a bright future of the Motherland is one of our main tasks. In order to stimulate our talented youth to relevant and fundamental research in the field of science, education and innovative technologies, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan No. 14109 “On holding a competition of scientific papers among the youth of Turkmenistan” dated February 6, 2015, as well as on the occasion of Science Day, I decree:
