Russian-Indian school cooperation

On December 10, as part of the cultural exchange programme between School No. 525, St Petersburg, and St Mark’s World School, Meera Bagh, New Delhi, a meeting of Russian and Indian schoolchildren took place.

During the event, Principal of School No. 525 Elena Polyakova, Vice Principal Inga Palacheva, Founder Chairperson of St Mark’s World School T.P.Aggarwal and Attaché of the Russian Embassy in India Ekaterina Lazareva addressed the students.

The representative of the Russian diplomatic mission underscored the importance of cultural exchanges for strengthening mutual understanding and respect between the peoples.

The meeting ended with artistic performances prepared by students of both schools and dedicated to the rich cultural traditions of the two countries.
