Gilana Mikhailova, Executive Director of the National Association of Protocol Specialists and Director of Programs at the Higher School of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, congratulated the readers of the Online publication Embassy Life on the New Year.

Dear friends! Dear readers of the Embassy Life edition!

This year, of course, has not been an easy one. But, you must admit, there are no simple years if a person is engaged in business. And that’s what makes us the people we are. I do not know what to expect from next year, but I know for sure that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so let me wish us all to see the world from the best sides, especially since we have plenty of reasons for this.

I want to wish us one victory, fortitude, patience, and most importantly, unity. Unity in love for our country, for the work that each of us is engaged in, for the life that we live. Because it is the consolidation of forces – spiritual, physical, semantic and cultural on all fronts – that will help us become the greatest country in the world in the very near future. I also want to wish memory to all of us, because without understanding the history of our family, people, and country, we will not be able to develop, and the development and study of new fields of knowledge, the desire to explore the unknown, and the ability to transform new knowledge into best practices will enable us to dynamically grow and achieve all the goals that we face.

And let me wish the management of Embassy Life new horizons, an increase in the number of subscribers and interested readers. Go ahead, colleagues! What you are doing is making the world a better and more beautiful place!

With respect and deep love, Gilana Mikhailova,
Executive Director of the National Association of Protocol Specialists,
Director of Programs at the Higher School of Economics, RANHiGS
