On January 8, in the center of Chad’s capital, N’Djamena, a group of unidentified individuals, allegedly members of the Boko Haram group, attempted to enter the presidential palace. The security forces repelled the attack and, according to information received from the official authorities, the situation is currently under control.
Moscow strongly condemns the terrorist attack directed against the legitimate leadership of the Republic of Chad.
