As part of the XXI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Kovalevsky Readings” in Yekaterinburg, a round table “Professionalization of judicial representation: international experience” was held, organized by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the basic organization of the CIS member states in the field of advocacy.
The event was attended by the head of the basic organization, representatives of the professional bar communities of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Ministries of Justice of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, the CIS Economic Court and the CIS Executive Committee.
During the discussion, the participants shared their experience and vision of the prospects for the development of the legal services market, discussed the challenges and tasks facing the law communities in the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in this regard.
