Higher education: graduated from the Ural State Law Academy in 2003 and the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2006. Speaks Spanish and English. He holds the diplomatic rank of adviser of the 1st class, awarded in June 2021.
He has been working in the diplomatic service since 2006. He worked in various positions in the central office of the Ministry and abroad. In 2017-2019, he was an adviser to the Russian Embassy in Portugal, in 2019-2022, he was Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and in 2022-2025, he was an adviser—Envoy of the Russian Embassy in Cyprus.
