By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 567 dated August 18, 2025, Dmitry Evgenievich Lyubinsky was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Previously, Dmitry Lyubinsky served as the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Austria.
