Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev reported on the interim results of work on gasification of the north and east of Kazakhstan with the Russian gas pipeline.
“In addition, the ministry is studying the option of looping MG “Saryarka” with a gas pipeline from the Russian Federation. The development of the pre-TEO is currently at the completion stage. After receiving the gas pipeline route and gas prices, the optimal gasification option for the northern and eastern regions of the country will be determined,” Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev said at a meeting with the population of Akmola region.
It is reported that work has begun on the design of the second line “Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent”, they promise to complete the work by the end of the year. The project is planned to be implemented by the end of 2026.
Satkaliyev cited data that more than 426 thousand tons of diesel fuel were approved for agricultural producers of the country at the price of 284 thousand tenge/ton at the gates of the refinery (239 tenge/liter). 90.5 thousand tons of diesel fuel are provided for the Akmola region SHTP, today 16.4 out of 22.7 thousand tons or 72% of the July volumes have been shipped as a priority.
He recalled that special PIN codes were introduced to track the supply of diesel fuel; the coloring of diesel fuel by Atyrau, Shymkent and Pavlodar refineries, respectively, in yellow, blue and red colors; a database of agricultural production facilities was introduced in a territorial section indicating contact details, the total area of cultivated land, the need for fuel and electronic information system for distribution of diesel fuel.
