On November 14, the Russian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Mikhail Bogdanov and Libyan National Security Adviser Ibrahim Bushnaf, who is in Moscow on a working visit.
During a thorough exchange of views on the development of the situation in Libya, in North Africa and in the Sahara-Sahel zone, the need for an early settlement of the ongoing crises and conflict situations here on the way to achieving a nationwide consensus of the political forces of the respective States in the interests of ensuring their territorial integrity and sovereignty was emphasized.
