The Moldovan government has approved an agreement with Israel on mutual recognition of driver’s licenses.
Driver’s licenses issued in the Republic of Moldova and Israel will be mutually recognized on the territory of both countries.
To do this, at a meeting on Wednesday, the government approved an agreement signed by representatives of the two countries on the procedure for converting relevant documents.
The document will facilitate movement for drivers between the two states, as well as on their territory. The agreement is concluded for a period of five years with the possibility of extension for the same time.
To date, Moldova has concluded similar agreements with three other countries: Turkey, Lithuania and Italy.
