On May 13, the results of the annual Yamal Family Award were summed up in Salekhard. Eight winners received a grant from the Governor in the amount of 250 thousand rubles. The ceremony was held at the District Youth Center and timed to coincide with the International Family Day.
The Bachurin family won in the nomination “Large family of the Year”. The Elagin family became the “Dynasty of the Year”, and the Polovinko family was recognized as the most creative. The Pilyugin family became the best in the Golden Family of the Year nomination. All the families are from the Nadym district.
The Vasilyev and Loskutov families from Novy Urengoy won in the nominations “Young Family of the Year” and “Sports Family of the Year”.
The Permitin family became the winner in the nomination “Overcoming” from Noyabrsk.
The Shchepelin family from the Purovsky district was recognized as the best “Foster (foster) family of the year”.
The Yamal Family competition has been held for 11 years and 426 applications have been submitted during this time. Of these, 64 families have been recognized as prize winners.
The winners will represent the district at the All-Russian competition “Family of the Year”, the results of which will be announced before the end of summer.
