In the Year of the Family, the First All-Russian Wedding Festival takes place at the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia” from May 12 to 19. The key event of the first day was the most massive wedding – more than 150 couples from all over the country got married on the main street stage of the exhibition.
The Orenburg region was represented by the Skorokhodov family – Anton and Anna. The couple decided to start a family after 4 years of dating.
Anna appeared in a wedding dress made of the thinnest Orenburg down shawl, and an Orenburg gossamer on her shoulders. The bride’s outfit was made by designer Anna Sovetova. Anton’s suit is decorated with a stylish bow tie made of a down shawl and a boutonniere. The newlyweds were accompanied by girlfriends, friends and relatives.
Anna combines her studies with the work of a kindergarten teacher, is fond of photography and music. Anton works as a CNC operator in Strela software.
The newlyweds will be given the fire of the All-Russian family hearth “Heart of Russia”, which was lit at the solemn ceremony of the start of the Year of the Family with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
On May 16, another couple from the region, Alexander Bukhvalov and Vladislav Danilova from Novotroitsk, will get married at the All-Russian Festival.
