From April 8 to April 9, Moscow will host for the first time a blitz forum of amateur theater groups of different genres “Theatrical Community”. The marathon of performances, master classes, meetings and discussions promises to be an exciting event for the entire theatrical community, both professional and spectator.

The online publication “Embassy Life” acts as an information partner.

First of all, the blitz forum is a unique opportunity to look into the very heart of theatrical Moscow, to learn how performances for children and adults are born in traditional and innovative genres of game, puppet, immersive, plastic and shadow theater. Two programs will be presented: children’s (6+) and adult (18+).

The performance will open the forum program “….in the Vertinsky genre”, which will be shown at 19:00 by artists of the Institute of Contemporary Art, 4th year students of the workshop of the People’s Artist of the Russian Federation Vitaly Konyaev. The production will help to look at the life of Alexander Nikolaevich Vertinsky from a completely new angle. Viewers will be able to understand why certain songs of the musician were written, what they are filled with and what was the reason for their writing.

Also, the library No. 19 named after F.M. Dostoevsky and No. 8 named after A.P. Chekhov will become a center of attraction for theater industry professionals. Leading experts will share their advice and experience: Yana Balachevtseva, president of the Onlife iDEA Festival, Alexander Kozlov, CEO of the immersive Morpheus Theater, Pavel Vlasov, Producer of the Brusnikin Workshop, Director of the Mosspectacle Theater Olesya Bogachuk, producer and creator of the Labor Theater Alyona Lazko, playwright, screenwriter, novelist Svetlana Sologub, theater director Olympic, theater and film actor Valery Kuligin, director, actress, one of the leading teachers of the acting studio at the Postscript Theater Yulia Urazbaeva, PR manager of the Alma Mater Foundation, the inclusive theater project Anastasia Babaeva and others.
