Dear Mr. Deputy Prime Minister,

Dear friend,

Colleagues,

We are glad to see you in Moscow. We are grateful that you accepted the invitation to visit Moscow. This will be a timely contact that will allow us to look at the state of our bilateral relations and discuss international problems.

The Ukrainian topic is now in the center of attention on the international agenda. I will tell you in detail what efforts the Russian Federation is currently making to resolve all the issues that have arisen and accumulated over the past few years in this country.

Our bilateral relations continue to develop dynamically on the basis of the agreements reached between President Vladimir Putin and Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani. Regular contact has been established between them. They keep under personal control everything related to the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas.

An important component of our relations is investment partnership. Our parliamentarians, cultural and sports figures are in close contact, humanitarian exchanges are carried out. I am sure that today we will usefully discuss their further development.

We are constantly interested in your assessments and observations regarding the efforts that can be made to move towards solving numerous conflicts and crises in the Middle East and North Africa.

Our agenda is very busy.

Glad to see you. I expect substantive and constructive negotiations. I am sure that it will be so.
