The boundaries of the territories of advanced development (TOP) “Khabarovsk” and “Amuro-Khinganskaya” will be expanded by including additional land plots, which will create conditions for launching new investment projects. The resolutions on this were signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The TOP is a special tool for the development of territories, designed to stimulate priority sectors of the economy and attract new investors, thereby contributing to the growth of the well–being of residents of the regions. Residents of the TOP have access to a wide range of benefits and preferences, including reduced rates on taxes and insurance premiums and the procedure of a free customs zone.

The Government of the Russian Federation plans to extend the local tax benefits of the territories of advanced development to the entire Far East, which occupies more than 40% of the territory of Russia.
